RAK ICC resulted from the consolidation of two registries — RAK International Companies (formerly part of RAK Free Trade Zone) and RAK Offshore (formerly part of RAK Investment Authority) — established via Decree No.12 of 2015 and amended by Decree No.4 of 2016.

RAK ICC is governed by the RAK ICC Business Companies Regulations 2018 and the RAK ICC Registered Agent Regulations 2018, providing a robust and modern common law framework that is recognised globally. Our headquarters are located in Ras Al Khaimah with an additional presence in Dubai.
