Your Registered Agent submits the completed application and supporting documents to RAK ICC for review. RAK ICC can incorporate companies in as little as one business day once all documents are in order.

Incorporated

Company Incorporated

Upon approval, your Certificate of Incorporation is issued. Your company is now registered with RAK ICC and fully operational as an international business company.

Annual Renewal Requirements

RAK ICC companies must be renewed annually to maintain their good standing. Renewal requirements include:

  • Payment of annual renewal fee
  • Annual Return filing with RAK ICC
  • Updated KYC documents if any have expired
  • Confirmation of registered agent details

Company Amendments

Amendments to your company's structure or details can be processed through your Registered Agent:

  • Change of Name: Subject to availability and RAK ICC approval
  • Change of Activity: Updated business plan required
  • Change of Shareholder: Refer to Onboarding Document List
  • Change of Director: New director KYC documentation required
  • UBO Changes: Must be notified to RAK ICC within 2 weeks
