Contact a Registered Agent
All RAK ICC companies must be incorporated through a licensed Registered Agent. The agent will provide a registered address and guide you through the process.
Prepare Documents
Gather and prepare all required KYC documentation per the checklist provided by your Registered Agent. This typically includes certified passport copies, proof of address, and source of funds information.
Submit Application
Your Registered Agent submits the completed application and supporting documents to RAK ICC for review. RAK ICC can incorporate companies in as little as one business day once all documents are in order.
Company Incorporated
Upon approval, your Certificate of Incorporation is issued. Your company is now registered with RAK ICC and fully operational as an international business company.
